What is film photography?
Film photography is the process of capturing images on light-sensitive film instead of digital sensors. Light enters the camera, exposing the film, which is then chemically developed to reveal the image.
It also requires specific skills, attention to detail, and knowledge. As well as thoughtful shooting since results aren’t instant. With a limited amount of images per roll, each photo is one of a kind.
Why film photography?
Film photography provides unique qualities that can't be replicated digitally, like natural grain and rich colours. It is authentically timeless and nostalgic.
Film images have a unique character and charm that evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth. In a world where we are constantly bombarded with perfectly-polished images, film photography offers the moment perfectly as it is.
